Whether you are just beginning your career or speaking as a seasoned professional, being heard when taking an unpopular opinion is no easy matter. Rising to the moment or advocating for endangered resources not yet mainstream means responding quickly to the crisis and making your voice heard. This panel session looks at how emerging professionals or those who take on unpopular opinions can work within and outside of existing constructs to promote change.
