This year I had the opportunity to partner with Toledo Revival for a project in downtown Toledo. We worked to secure historic designation and historic tax credits for 443 10th Street. Last week the Ohio Development Services Agency announced this project has successfully been awarded stated historic tax credits.
We were excited to work on this project, because the developer is thoughtful and cognizant that a building’s restoration impact is larger than what is contained in 4-walls. He is working to improve his city in a meaningful way and I am looking forward to seeing the positive impact of this project on downtown Toledo.
